1. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store by consumers.

Our store is intended for private customers. We currently sell mainly to consumers and not primarily to business customers.

We sell consumer goods, especially electric outdoor water gadgets, lifestyle products and related accessories.

Our main product is:

SoakForce Electric Water Blaster

The SoakForce Electric Water Blaster is a battery-operated outdoor water gadget intended for recreational outdoor use.

Product images, descriptions, colors, packaging and included accessories may vary slightly depending on production batches, supplier availability and screen settings.

3. Product safety

Recommended age:
14+ years.

The product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

The product must only be used with clean water. Do not use hot water, chemicals, soap, alcohol, corrosive liquids, flammable liquids or any other liquids that may damage the product or cause injury.

Do not aim the water stream at eyes, face, ears, mouth, animals, electronic devices, vehicles, roads or any person who does not want to participate.

The product is water-resistant during normal outdoor water-play use, but it is not intended to be submerged, used under water or charged while wet.

The battery and charging connection must be kept dry. Do not charge the product unattended.

Customers must read and follow all safety instructions before use.

4. Included items

The product includes:

- 1x SoakForce Electric Water Blaster
- 1x external water tank
- 1x battery
- 1x connection / charging cable
- 1x manual

A charging adapter / wall plug is not included.

5. Performance information

The water range is approximately 5–8 meters depending on water level, battery level, angle, wind and use conditions.

Performance may vary depending on normal use conditions.

6. Product claims

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately.

Any performance, range, water resistance or durability statements are general product descriptions and may vary depending on use conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the product is not completely waterproof, not suitable for underwater use and not designed for use with liquids other than clean water.

7. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include applicable taxes where legally required and where displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies to your order.

8. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if there is an obvious pricing error, availability issue, payment problem or suspected fraud.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where legally permitted, especially in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of our store or legal restrictions in the destination country.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. These may include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods.

Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

10. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping unless stated otherwise or unless shipping to a specific country or region is unavailable at checkout.

Orders may be shipped from international suppliers or fulfillment partners, including China.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on destination country, customs processing and logistics conditions. In some cases, delivery may take longer.

11. Customs, import duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where these fees are not already included or collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into their country and used according to local laws.

12. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another country with mandatory withdrawal rights, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

13. Returns and refunds

Customers must contact us before sending any product back.

Returned products must be sent to the return address provided by us after return approval.

14. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair or another legally required remedy.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

You agree to use the product only in a safe, responsible and lawful manner.

- Near electrical devices, sockets or sensitive equipment

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, transport disruptions, technical failures, supplier delays or logistics disruptions.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
